— Live at Tetris
Poster ✓
I concieved this poster for a double feature concert at Tetris club as a dialogue between the spectator and the affichée itself, assigning to the manifesto the bizzarre role of a psychotherapist. Yes, kind of strange to hear, I know. Psychotherapy aims to improve an individual’s well-being and mental health, to resolve or mitigate troublesome behaviors, beliefs, compulsions, thoughts, or emotions, and to improve relationships and social skills. Psychotherapy offers a remedy. In this case powerful rhythm section, floating guitar sounds and spacey synth oscillations dispensed in form of live music by dr. Coma Stereo (Maribor, Slovenia) and dr. Anadarko (Trieste, Italy) are presented by this ‘therapeutic’ poster as a cure for boredom and depression, interrogating the viewer — through a vibrant multicoloured custum made pixel typography — on why waste his money on psychotherapy if he can simply come to Tetris club and listen to some stunning sounds to solve possible emotive problems.
